This is the free listing you create for the Google My Business database. In this listing, some information is supplied directly by you, such as name, address, phone, opening hours, website, category, photos and description. Some information is generated by consumers, such as customer reviews, ratings, most popular periods, FAQs and photos. Some information overlaps in these areas. For example, you and your customers can add photos to your listing, and you can (and should) ask and answer questions in your FAQ section.
As mentioned above, your Google My Business profile can appear in three different places in searches: Google Maps, the local section of classic Google search and the Google search knowledge panel.
