This is the right-hand information panel that appears when you type a business name and location into Google. This is your Google My Business profile, displaying all the information a potential customer needs to know about your business, including but not limited to:
Name, address, hours, website, phone number, category, offers, reviews, photos, FAQs, opening hours and description.
The knowledge panel can also include a call to action depending on the type of business, for example to book an appointment, make a reservation, consult menus, etc.
