When it comes to managing a brand’s reputation and the visibility of its franchisees, BL (Business Line) or BU (Business Unit), it’s vital to have a complete overview of your Google My business listings. Indeed, Google My Business is not a directory, as you might think, but a social network of business listings appearing in the first results of Google. On Google My Business, you can :

Another element (which I like to remember) is that Google My Business is a cornerstone of brand life and communication:

  • In the event of a brand change: mastering your files makes it easy to deploy your new brand territory
  • If you’re launching a flagship product, you can run a promotional article on all your group’s listings in just 1 click!
  • In the event of a local crisis: weak HR signals, or a product/CSR crisis often begins with bad GMB ratings or reviews!
  • In the event of a global crisis: to assess the impact of a crisis and easily provide crisis responses using online scenarios.

The scope of this type of mission, which I cover in my services:
