With thousands of Google listings analyzed and optimized for retailers/entrepreneurs or international multi-brand and/or multi-country groups, I’ve devised a method, via a series of interviews, to offer you several ways of getting customer reviews – and positive ones at that.
Indeed, most of the time, only unhappy customers leave reviews, and often not very constructive ones at that. I tend to say:

So I’ve analyzed the causes and the whys and wherefores of many of our customers, some of whom have reviews and others who don’t… and the cases are extremely varied.
The first mistake most people make is to be introverted about the subject and not talk about it openly.
The second mistake is to think that there’s only one time or method for asking happy customers for feedback.
The third mistake is to think that a relaxation therapist, a butcher or a bike hire company can have the same scenario… impossible the context and points of contact with customers are completely different.
I analyze your brand’s “life cycle” and “key contact points” with your customers, and build multiple scenarios to test when requesting opinions.

Please note that Google’s rules are strict, and if the suspension is fully justified – for example, a deliberately falsified business address – I can only tell you how to move your suspended listing so that it can be reactivated with its history.
