Yes, Google my business is a great service, and it works very well!
If you look at Google search results: the first 4 results are ads, and the next three are googlemybusiness!
Then there are thousands, if not millions of websites/pages, fighting it out in terms of natural referencing, to try and finish on the first page.
So clearly, if you want to finish at the top of the first page in Google, the first lever you can have for a business is Google my business, and it’s free.
