So Google my business has already disappeared! It’s mainly the name that’s disappeared, because since 2022, Google my business has been called “Google Business Profile”, or simply “Fiche établissement”. The big change is that it can no longer be accessed via the Google my business application (the service’s mobile application), but directly via Google Maps. So 2022 is a year of transition between the two terms, between the two brands, Google my business and Google business profile. The service and objectives, however, remain unchanged.
