Estas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00eam o poder de influenciar a primeira impress\u00e3o de um potencial cliente e, como resultado, podem desempenhar um papel importante na SEO e na visibilidade de um neg\u00f3cio ou empresa. No entanto, a quest\u00e3o da sua veracidade (positiva ou negativa) \u00e9 uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o crescente.    <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com um estudo revelado pela CX Solutions intitulado &#8220;The State of Online Review Fraud&#8221;, uns surpreendentes 10,7% das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es do Google s\u00e3o potencialmente falsas. Assim, se nos basearmos cegamente nestas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es para avaliar a efic\u00e1cia de uma empresa, a probabilidade de erro \u00e9 substancial. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Detetar_a_autenticidade_de_uma_avaliacao_do_Google\"><\/span>Detetar a autenticidade de uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Google<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As cr\u00edticas falsas escondem-se frequentemente por detr\u00e1s de um v\u00e9u de positividade excessiva ou, pelo contr\u00e1rio, de negatividade exagerada. Uma linguagem invulgarmente promocional ou uma positividade excessiva podem ser indicadores de cr\u00edticas n\u00e3o aut\u00eanticas. Por vezes, a concorr\u00eancia vigorosa obriga-as a faz\u00ea-lo, enquanto outras vezes se trata de uma tentativa desesperada de neutralizar cr\u00edticas negativas genu\u00ednas ou falsas. As cr\u00edticas falsas, ao pintarem uma imagem enganadoramente otimista da empresa, podem induzir os consumidores em erro, apresentando-lhes uma miragem de qualidade ou fiabilidade. Por conseguinte, uma gest\u00e3o proactiva e \u00e9tica das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es em linha n\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 desej\u00e1vel, como tamb\u00e9m essencial. <\/p>\n<p>A melhor defesa contra as falsas cr\u00edticas continua a ser uma estrat\u00e9gia de ataque diligentemente \u00e9tica: monitorizar constantemente a presen\u00e7a online da empresa e responder de forma adequada e r\u00e1pida a todas as cr\u00edticas recebidas, sejam elas positivas ou negativas.
