When it comes to managing a brand’s reputation and the visibility of its franchisees, BL (Business Line) or BU (Business Unit), it’s vital to have a complete overview of your Google My business listings. Indeed, Google My Business is not a directory, as you might think, but a social network of business listings appearing in the first results of Google. On Google My Business, you can :<\/p>\n

    My ambition is to give you all the tips and knowledge you need about Google Business Profile (formerly known as Google My Business), so that you can master this free Google service for your Group, your brands or your franchise network. And let’s face it, Google’s ergonomics and vocabulary aren’t the easiest…<\/p>\n
